Psychological support for children and teens
Psychological support provides children and adolescents with a safe space to express feelings, process challenges, and learn healthier ways of coping. Our goal is to strengthen emotional regulation, build confidence, and support wellbeing at home and in school.

Psychological support is suitable when children experience:
- anxiety, worries, fears
- emotional overwhelm or difficulty calming down
- low self-esteem or insecurity
- sadness, mood changes, withdrawal
- behavioural challenges (outbursts, aggression, defiance)
- social difficulties or peer conflicts
-
stress related to school, family changes, or relationships
Support is appropriate whenever a child’s emotions or behaviour begin to affect their daily functioning, relationships, or learning.

During psychological sessions, the child is guided through conversation, play, creative techniques or therapeutic approaches tailored to their needs.
They gain:
- emotional insight and understanding,
- tools to manage stress, anger, anxiety or frustration,
- improved communication and confidence,
- support in developing healthier patterns of behavior.
Parents are included in the process with feedback and guidance, ensuring that progress continues at home.
If needed, we also include psychological assessment, providing a clearer understanding of the child’s needs and more targeted support.
Our team of psychologists supports children in navigating emotional, behavioural, and developmental challenges. They help strengthen coping skills, emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence.
We also help parents choose the psychologist who best fits their child's needs.
